Mike Staff Production (DJ) $850.00 (this includes 15% gratuity)  
150/$850.00=$5.33 per person
Mailing (Greenmans Printing) $500.00 150/$ 500.00=$3.33 per person
Misc. (alumni gifts,coping,supplies) $750.00  150/$ 750.00=$5.00 per  pesron
 
Total $71.66 per person these numbers are all based on 150 guarantee
