Alicia,
 
Is there going to be any type of formal invitation or evite sent out, or  are 
you relying on everyone just checking classmates.com?   If so,  perhaps some 
additional information should be added to that announcement.   I've talked to 
a few people and it sounds like folks are kind of waiting to  "receive" 
something before actually sending in checks, etc.

(mailto:fhs1987 at virtual-reunion.com)  we  have located about 12% of our class and the reason 
we are asking alumni for help  is as a reunion committee we don't have cash 
flow that's why we are asking  those who are planning on attending if they would 
mind sending over a check  if they can... we will be doing a mailing but the 
cost of that is $300.00 plus  we still need to get a deposit to the DJ. we have 
already gave a deposit to the  Inn at St. John's for $500.00.  
 
When I planned the 10 year there was about 8 of us who helped with the  
deposits. And as of right now myself, James Welcher, Rich Hutchman, Andy  Correll 
and Lori Marval have paid for our tickets to help off set those  deposits.
 
If you can pass this on that would be great.
