The cost brake down is the following: 
 
2 Drinks tickets @ $10.00 pp
Salad Station $5.95 pp
Mexican Station $7.95 pp
Pasta Station $7.95 pp
Carved Beef Station $7.95pp
Sweet Table $7.95pp
$47.75 X 19% Gratuity$9.07 pp + $2.86  6% sales tax=$59.68  pp
 
Room Rental fee $500.00
DJ. $675.00
Mailing $450.00
$1,625 /200= $8.15pp.
 
Total is $67.83 per person that's if we get 200 people we are charging
$75.00 to give us a buffer in case we don't get enough people and also
we are planning a day after event for the family's of our class we are
looking at having it at Franklin from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and the
cost for that is $500 just to rent out the building I'm hoping to get
the food donated and have people bring their own drinks. We would like
to rent a moonwalk for the kids and the cost for that is $250.00. I
hope this explains everthing. If anyone has any question please let me
know.
